The food was AMAZING as always! I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich, the fresh cooked chicken was super crispy and juicey! I absolutely love that you can add whatever toppings you want to their Burgers and sandwiches without paying fees like all the fast food places charge now. The French fries were PERFECT crispy outside and nice soft middle with a really tasty fry seasoning. Margaret provided excellent customer service and a great overall experience that we always have when we come to the Double Decker.

When billing at crystal cave, we got chatting and I asked if she knew any dog-friendly, vegan-friendly spots near by and she immediately suggested double decker! We drove there and were welcomed by extremely warm people. They had their last mushroom beetroot burger and falafel wrap with home made sauces! They were super kind and hilarious engaging everyone around with entertaining conversation! Gosh, the charm of a small town they have a patio where they allow doggos! They split our food into half on request and were so polite! You must have good energy when you cook and serve food which has kinda become non-existent with the fast-food chain concepts! We were beyond grateful to find this place thanks to the person at crystal cave! We had to curb our temptation to order the deep fried Oreos which were vegan too! Will certainly revisit if we are in that area again! Thank you guys!

This place is such an awesome road trip stop! The burgers were amazing and piled high with toppings, and the fries were super fresh and crispy. They have a Creamsicle milkshake -that comes with an actual Creamsicle popsicle on top- that was so refreshing and very filling! The staff were awesome and very friendly. There was a lovely outdoor seating area, and the restaurant was super clean and bright inside. We will definitely be making this a routine stop on future drives up north.

Was in town on business and stopped in for a quick bite. Had the Chicken burger and let me say it was absolutely delicious! Crispy, full chicken breast with all the fixings and finger licking good!!! The fries are fresh cut and amazing. Crispy, fresh and hot. Best lunch the area!!!

There’s chicken fingers and then there’s these chicken tenders, crispy, juicy and O My Goodness so wonderful.

Small pick up restaurant with some outdoor seating. The Buffalo chicken sandwich with the blue cheese was surprisingly good. Juicy, crispy and delicious. Great advice on what to order and it was pretty busy for a sleepy Sunday. Skip the OnRoute and try this.

If I could give higher stars I would, I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and my husband had the double decker, both were absolutely amazing!!!!! The fries are just as good, nicely seasoned and crispy. We stop at alot of chip trucks and this one is by far our favorite. The atmosphere was phenomenal with such great customer service, staff look like they actually enjoy what they do (don't get that very often anymore) We travel south to North often and will for sure be stopping back I'm to try other options.

Dropped in and enjoyed a tasty bacon cheeseburger with some fresh cut fries and gravy. Burger was juicy and flavourful, and the fries were crispy outside and a puffy cloud on the inside! The chef is my son, so I expected nothing less. Food was served hot and fast with tasty fresh pickles and lettuce. Will be back!!
